It is with deep sorrow that we share the passing of Steve Hart, a cherished and long‑serving member of the Sandiacre Town Cricket Club in Sandiacre, UK.
Steve’s contribution to the club was truly more than his title — for many years he served as groundsman and was known by all for his dedication, his friendly presence and the care he took to ensure the club and its grounds felt like home. His work behind the scenes meant Sunday games, youth training and club evenings were made better, safer and more welcoming.
Though we are saddened by the news of his passing, we also celebrate the life he lived and the legacy he leaves.
